My garden has been producing a ton of big Thai chilis this year and while I'm excited about it, I have a lot. I've been cutting them up and throwing them in most dishes I make and threw some in with my pickled jalapenos but I still have a lot. I'm looking for any suggestions for using them or recipes you can recommend. Thanks!
