I’m a total shill for Masienda masa harina, but their shipping has gotten crazy so I haven’t been buying there lately. I was hitting up the local Mexican grocery for ingredients a few weeks back and saw the Maseca Amarillo.
I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture of the end product. I also picked up the Azul variety and am excited to try it out.
