This is my first time having DD hot pepper sauce. I received their variety trio as a gift yesterday. Lots of flavor (habanero, tropical fruits; including banana!). There is some heat in this sauce, but I wouldn’t call it “hot”, I guess I’d call it a medium sweet heat. The spice profile is heavy on Chinese 5 spice, which pairs well with the fruit.
