Was loaned to a different building at work temporarily and someone there is a hot sauce fanatic

I opened the employee fridge while I was working over there to find a large variety of different hot sauces. I want to figure out who it is but I work 2nd shift and they likely work first shift unfortunately. Well, I hope they don't mind me trying a few.
