This lasted all of ten days (purchased Aug 24; Yucateco Green).
I'm a solidly yucateco negro person, And I remember the last time I tried this sauce, when I was actually in Mexico I thought it was too spicy. But in retrospect I think perhaps I was confusing it with something else!
This time it hit beyond hitting. And I loved it!
Has anyone here had something they didn't like at first blush and return to and found that they loved it?
