    How was the saltiness level? I tried to recreate it but found out salt, MSG, and sugar doesn’t dissolve in oil. The result was that it pooled at the bottoms, with a fairly bland chile and oil on top. My aim was to replicate lao gan ma and the way the salty, sweet and umani is failry uniform and dissolved in every spoonful
