Pork Green Chili


Last night, I had some buddies over, and one of them brought frozen Hatch green chili peppers from Denver. We decided to make a big batch of pork green chili, and it turned out to be everything we hoped for—spicy and flavorful. We ended up with two gallons of the stuff. It was a night to remember!
