
Tomatoes, onion, garlic thai chilis, jalapeños, cumin, coriander, touch of brown sugar and white vinegar. I sautéed the onion and peppers. Then added aromatics and garlic. Then the tomatoes, brown sugar and vinegar and simmered until it was thickened. Perfect amount of heat level for me. I used it as a sauce for veggies and also for pasta. I suppose this could also be blended but I left it chunky.
