Hoff sauce is another local favorite of mine.

I think it was in one of the hot ones lineups in a season or two. Smoken ghost is a sauce I can’t live without. It’s got heat and tons of flavor. It’s made by a chef in Chattanooga TN so it’s another one you’ll find in a lot of stores where I live. What do you guys think of this one if you’ve had it? They have a habanero jalapeño one called mean green that’s also really good. They also have a smoken ghost ketchup that’s chefs kiss. It goes really good with Zaxby’s crinkle fries lol.
