Made a trip into the city for the weekend and found these at a tropical food market. Here are my thoughts.
El Yuc black label: lower heat but still an ok level. Not a good taste. Looks like black mud. Would not buy again
El Yuc XXXtra hot: pretty good heat. Flavour is alright but nothing amazing. Still muddy looking but would buy again if on sale.
Marie Sharp Scorpion: excellent heat and a very good flavour. Thicker consistency. Doesn't smell great (scorpion peppers stink). Would buy again
