I’ve found my own at home solution for non bitter hot sauce but I was wondering if there are specifically any non vinegar based hot sauce. I’m pretty new to hot sauce and I really enjoy the heat but not the bitter taste of the hot sauces I’ve picked up so far. If anyone has any recommendations that would be greatly appreciated.
