Stopped at the local store and picked up some new sauces. All of them good.
Black Valentina – bought this based on recommendations here, and it did not disappoint. I like the regular Valentina, and this one cranks up the heat and the flavor. It’s says extra hot but it is not overbearing and flavor is on point. One of my new favorite sauces.
El yucateco green – this one is good, it has a good habanero flavor without being too hot, and has almost a sweetness to it which is nice.
Mexico Lindo chile de Arbol – punchy peppery flavor, nice heat – really tasty found in the Mexican section of the grocery store.
