I found these during my time in Japan, wondering what others think of them.
Here's what I have to say of them:
Paolo's- You only need one or two drops to receive thoughts asking yourself why you care using such a hot condiment😂 Only food it really tastes good in is plain rice.

Motoi- Not really a hot-sauce it's like as spicy as white pepper powder, but has great flavor for tacos, burritos or meats cooked with citrus flavor, or most things made with cilantro like Chipotle rice.
