Cannot get enough of this. Decently hot but fruity and nutty, not vinegary. Got some of their hot marinades and BBQ chipotle (amazing but not super hot) on Amazon. I met the couple behind it a farmers market recently and they are the loveliest middle-aged couple trying to make ends meet with their business after the pandemic. Truly delicious and innovative.
