Not bad I'd say. They're both not extremely hot. I wouldn't give them more than 5K. The burn is nice and lingering.
The "Light my fire" tastes very similar to Cholula, but maybe with a bit less sour notes. Good flavor that comes through, but doesn't overpower the food.
The "Dill with it" is interesting. Thought it would be like drinking spicy pickle water, but it isn't, and isn't very sour either. Main downside is it is too watery. Maybe I'll run it through a strainer or something.
