First of all, screw you guys. Pretty much every meal now I have to pull out a hot sauce. I think I learned that I like vinegar forward sauces.
Cholula- Everyone is right, this is otherworldly. It will probably be my daily driver from here on out. 10/10
Dave's Garlic and Red Pepper- No heat but has an amazing taste. 10/10
Hot One's Classic- Most recent buy. I wouldn't be against making this my daily driver. The flavors are perfect. I really enjoy the apple cider vinegar(not that hot though). 10/10
Hot One's Los Calientes- Very similar to their classic. Great taste. 9/10
Cholula Chili Garlic- Great switch up, no heat though. 8.5/10
Crystal/Trappey Red Devil- Great vinegar forward sauces that got me started. Still enjoy them. 8/10
The rest I don't think I will buy again. They were too tomato or carrot forward, which I thought I would like, but kind of turned my stomach with how sweet they were mixed with the heat.
Secret Aardvark- way too much tomato forward 6.5/10
Marie Sharp's- both had an extemely carrot forward taste and too sweet/hot combined. 4/10
Bravado- Reviews said it was like a Taco Bell fire sauce. It was, except worse somehow. Tasted fake to me. 3.5/10
Mustard Hot Sauce- Also too much of a sweet/hot combination. 3/10
Apollo- Have yet to try. ?/10
Next I want to try El Yucateco Green, because everyone here seems to rave about it. Also the other Cholula flavors. I am open to any other suggestions.
