Here is the detailed recipe of crunchy potato burger

*RECIPE*
1. In a bowl take 2 boiled mashed potatoes. Add some chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chili flakes, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp garam masala and coriander leaves.
2. Mix all together.
3. Take a bread slice. Cut into circle.
4. Spread the tomato ketchup and put cheese.
5. Top it with another circle shaped bread and press so that it will stick.
6. Take small portion of the potato stuffing and cover the bread as shown.
7. Dip into slurry (2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp maida and water).
8. Coat with bread crumbs.
9. Fry in medium hot flame.
10. Your ulta pulta burger is ready. Enjoy
