Didn’t get anything with crazy heat this time, but a lot of good flavors all around! Festival had a ton of sauce vendors and we spent a solid couple hours walking around trying everything. It was great getting to talk to all the vendors and try all the unique sauces!
The Tail End has to be our favorite Salsa Verde we’ve had with a wonderful thick consistency, very flavorful profile, and little bit of nice lingering heat at the end.
