I will go to my grave defending Tapatio as the best Hot Sauce for Breakfast. Scrambled Eggs, Omelets, Breakfast Burrito, literally anything with Eggs. I swear, Tapatio may not be the hottest sauce, but it tastes like was made for Breakfast.
