Quesa Birria Tacos for Today’s Dinner


Slow cooked beef chuck roast in the ninja pressure cooker with a traditional Jalisco guajillos based chile. Local made tortillas with oaxaca cheese. Topped with cilantro, onions, lime, and of course the broth for dipping. A chile seco salsa completes this master piece adding the perfect spice. Absolutely delicious!
