    IMHO it’s pretty good. I use it to spice up noodles I buy from Momofuku. Also compliments a lot of other food.

    Lao Gan Ma chili oil is the OG, I would recommend that over momofuku. Plus momofuku tried to to trademark chili oil/crisp. Assholes.

    I buy and use a good amount of their “tingly salt”, but usually use Fly By Jing as my preferred crisp.

    I tried it once from a friend who was gifted a jar. After tasting, we both shook our heads. Not good, musty flavors.

    Man, I guess I’m in the minority here. I think David Chang is an idiot for trying to do what he did but it certainly helped with publicity for the item.

    I thought it was fantastic. I put it on everything just to see if it works

    I can confirm that this stuff is fantastic! Just watch out if you’re sensitive to spiciness as this stuff packs some real heat! Goes great on Momofuku Ramen and really anything else you want to kick up a few notches

    get the extra spicy, it’s not even that much hotter, this one is not hot at all, crunch is damn good though

    It’s good but make your own. It’s really easy and hella cheap.

    Heads up, these glass jars are unusually fragile.

    They leak from pinhole cracks suffered during shipment. Keep a paper towel under yours to see if it’s leaking.

    I have tried several different versions of chili crisp/crunch and Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp is superior to them all.

    That stuff is great. I also love the Fly By Jing chilli crisp. So good.
