I’ve never seen an empanada made from a corn tortilla. Where’s that from?

Any Mexican (except the ones from Mexico City) knows that a Quesadilla only needs Cheese to be a Quesadilla.

A quesadilla is basically a cheese taco. No meat, just cheese.

    Edit:

In my city a gringa is known for being a bigger taco with flour tortilla with carne al pastor and melted cheese.

Also, burritos are with flour tortillas.

En Estados Unidos en tacos bell están vendiendo tostadas dobladas y las hacen pasar como tacos 🤣🤣🤣

You can be ANYTHING you want to be. It’s the Mexican way; the tortilla way. 🫡

As a gringo I’m still confused and I’m going to need to try many examples of each to clear up this confusion lol

People in reddit have a HARD time wrapping their mind about the simple fact that flautas are just deep fried tacos. You first create a regular, soft tortilla rolled taco and then you deep fry it.

My students and their families also call flautas tacos dorados. Are they synonymous or is there a slight difference?

There’s a female comedian in Mexico that talks about Mexican cuisine. We basically use the same ingredients to make different dishes. Pretty funny.

As a Texan gringo learning Spanish I find him very easy to understand. What part of Mexico is this accent from?

And don’t make him repeat himself.

Here’s looking at you Taco Bell
