My second bottle from Gindo’s and another great one.
Lots of vegetable content in this just like actual Giardiniera. It’s super fresh tasting and the vegetable flavors all combine for a great savory flavor. The celery really comes through in particular.
It’s on the low end of medium in heat, and I found it a great sauce to pair with sandwiches and breakfast.

Can you buy it in St. Charles? I’ll be back home in December and NEED to try this
