

I’ve been making my own hot sauce within the last few months; so far I’ve done a scorpion pepper/habanero sauce and a Carolina reaper/scorpion/habanero (may or may not of mixed up my reapers and scorpion peppers), I usually add some carrots and garlic + a little bit of concentrated tomato paste. It’s mainly for my dad and I, he brings me the peppers and I make the sauce. But I have access to reapers, ghost peppers, scotch bonnets, habaneros, and scorpions, and then obvious things like jalapeños and serronos. Anybody got any suggestions on what mixtures to do next?
