  1. Tatase is not red bell pepper. Red bell pepper is also called sweet pepper because you can eat it raw. Your ratio is 👌🏿

  2. Depending on the tribe, the combination varies greatly. While there's 3 variety of peppers in your mix (you are most probably yoruba), the ibo people will do 100% tomatoes, plus tomato paste and practically no form of pepper…. I've come to understand, there is no wrong or right.

  3. Can someone tell us how many bell peppers onions scotch bonnet and chili peppers, tomatoes were supposed to put bc the percentage thing didn’t work for me. Also don’t NOBODY come for me okay I’m trying to learn. I love love love African food
