Ingredients
• 2 Lbs Beef Roast
• 7 Long Green Chili Peppers
• 1 Poblano Chili Pepper
• ½ Cup Cilantro
• 1 Cup Chopped Onions
• 2 Roma Tomatoes
• 2 Tblsp Flour
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• ¾ Cup Water
• Salt & Pepper to Taste

Great dish…I made it but used ground beef and it was great…also added a cubed potato. You are pretty and know your way around a kitchen!
