Just Follow this 5 easy step:

1. Wash the red chili ( Hugasan ang sili )

2. Remove chili stalk ( Tanggalin ang tangkay ng sili )

3. Mince the garlic and onion and set aside ( Hiwain ng pino ang bawang at sibuyas )

4 Mince the red chili or use food processor / blender ( hiwain ng maliliit ang sili, maaring gumamit ng food processor / blender )

5. Add oil in the heated pan at least 500 ml or 1 liter of your choice
Add the garlic and wait until slightly brown then add the onion
Add the Chili
Add salt amount depends on your taste
Add sugar amount depends on your taste
