  1. I worked at a pizza place and the way we did it there stuck with me:
Push in on the stem while it’s whole, it’ll fall in with the core, then split it in half with your hands (you have thumbs on the inside so it’s easy), dump out the innards, then pat the skins to get all the seeds out of the inside. Lay the skins flat (they’ll break a bit to go flat) and then you can slice n dice however you like

  2. ** I GUESS I HAVE TO DO A VIDEO NOW ON A MUCH BETTER WAY THAT HAS ZERO WASTE, AND IS MUCH FASTER.

This method is something i came up with when I was a 16 year old prep cook/dishwasher. Its litterally a begginner method.

When you have to cut 50 peppers a day…this video will seem amateur.

  3. Many people don't know that you could just eat every single part of bell pepper including the stem and the seeds and then there's a zero waste.

  4. Common knowledge for anyone that’s ever cut a pepper. People are so braindead if this got 20 million.

  5. How about slicing top to bottom around the pepper. Long thin slices and virtually no waste either.

  6. Just chop it in half from the top the top and middle white is connected you can pop both out at the same time

  7. Can toss the ribs in stock or freeze until stock day. Don't know if the stem has any flavor

  8. Never seen the video, always did it this way. Pretty straightforward tbh.

It's like shaving a carrot… Do any of us know why? Lemme tell you: poor people had to use water sparingly, so didn't wash their dirt dwelling veg, they shaved them to rid them of dirt. It's a method that has been handed through the generations. You do know you are allowed to wash the carrot to rid it of dirt. Instead of wasting part of the carrot.

  9. helpng trump supporters everywhere,honestly who cant figure that out..trump voters,thats who..lol
