Ingredients
4 cloves garlic
1 thumb size ginger
1/2 medium sized green bell peppers
1 large long chili
2 strips of spring onions
8 scotch bonnet peppers
Oil to fry
1/2 medium sized sweet onion
1/2 seasonings cube
1/2 tsp Salt

01:03 add all ingredient to a blender and blend until slightly coarse texture
01:25 transfer into saucepan cook to reduce the liquid
01:40 add oil ,fry until the oil settles on top
01:57 season
02:50 ready
