I love love love Hatch chiles they are the best on earthā¦ this time of year is the best, since birth my grandparents (grandma from Santa Fe) always had sacks of them, would roast them all night, many we ate on the spot, the rest allowed to cool, then packed them to have them all year around, and now Iām happy to say I carry on the beautiful traditions/memories and do the same thing, the recipe possibilities are ENDLESS!! š
