Suvarotti

Ingredients
Suvarotti – 2 nos
Small onion – 1/2 cup
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – to garnish
Salt – as per taste

Instructions

Remove the skin layer from the suvarotti and cut in to pieces using a sharp knife.

In a kadai add oil, fennel seeds, small onion, salt, ginger garlic paste and saute.

Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, suvarotti, water. Cover and cook it for 12 to 15 mins.

Add pepper powder and roast for 2 mins. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve
