Recipe:
-Banana Peppers (10)
-Bell peppers (1)
-Jalapeno Peppers (2)
-Onions (12)
-Tomatoes (6)
-Salt (1teaspoon)
-Lime juice (2T.) or lemon juice

Directions:
-chop or puree veggies.
-Cook over medium heat-4-6minutes
-To eat fresh- Let cool and enjoy!
-To can-place hot salsa in sterile jars and water bath for quarts-40 minutes, pints- 35 minutes.
-Done!

  2. I like to take all those ingredients and put them in a cast iron skillet, broil in the oven, then put on the smoker for 15 min. Then proceed. 💚💚💚

  3. I'm sorry if it's in the video but I couldn't find it. What is the head space? I have been searching for a good salsa that used banana peppers. I am new to canning so I was very happy when I found your straightforward recipe. I can't eat spicy food so had to get my hubby to try it. I was so jealous because it looked sooo good!! Thank you.

  4. Should always have something between the bottom of the kettle and the bottom of the jar when boiling. The jars will sometimes break setting directly on the bottom. Simple, quick salsa though. I like it!

  5. I made this today and it’s insanely good. Right up there with my beloved Herdez Salsa Casera. So cool that it’s made with banana peppers 🌶️

  6. Hi, recipe calls for 6 tomatoes. I see you used cherry tomatoes. I do have several air tight backs of frozen cherry tomatoes so how many do I use or is it by pounds
