Chili Mango salad

CHILI MANGO SALAD

PREP TIME: 25 MINUTES
SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 large mango
½ small onion, diced
1 small red chili, chopped
A handful of parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt

DIRECTION
· Slice and cut the mango into cubes and transfer into a mixing bowl.
· Add the onion, chopped chili, chopped parsley, salt and stir in.
· Place in the fridge to chill for 20 minutes before serving.
· Chili mango salad ready to serve.
