This one is a quick and easy crockpot meal that you can start earlier in the day to help with the dinnertime craziness.
Here is my go to Slow Cooker Chili Recipe:

Slow Cooker Chili Recipe:
Serves 6
1 lb lean cooked ground beef
1 large onion, diced
2 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz diced tomatoes (pureed if you don’t like the tomato texture)
15 oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup beef broth
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours.
Serve with rice, chips, or cornbread. Top with whatever toppings you like: cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tortilla strips, etc.

  2. Yum!!! I love a good bowl of chili but I love adding it to a cheese omelette the next morning even more.
