Recipe:
Seasoning blend:
garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, light, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt
Add liquid smoke and apple sides vinegar to foil wrap. Bake fully wrapped in foil for 1.5-2 hrs at 350, unwrapped and baste in bbq sauce of your choice for final 30-45 min

That being said, would you please 🤞add the approximate quantities of the ACV & Liquid Smoke you used? At the cost of ribs, I'd hate to ruin them. Same with the seasoning blend, if it's not too much trouble. This old woman, from Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦, thanks you!

There's nothing new about oven baked ribs or even boiled then oven baked. The reason people went to smokers is because the oven can't scratch the flavor of smoked ribs. No matter what you do, you'll never achieve ribs that have been smoked properly. If you just want fast meat that has a little flavor, then by all means, use your oven. LoL

The only thing I would recommend for your health safety is not to use aluminum foil in cooking while using any vinegar or something similarly acidic because it will lead to dissolving aluminum into the food being cooked.
