I made the viral Lemon Pepper Chicken Sandwich… but added my own twist 🍋🔥
Fan-baked the chicken thigh ’til crispy, glazed it in a sticky lemon pepper sauce, and threw in some caramelized onions for extra flavor.
Paired it with a light cucumber salad — high protein, low effort, full flavor.
