Bell Pepper Sandwich ✌️🥪

This may look like too much bell pepper at first, but trust me, if you fill it with the right things it turns out amazing! This is great for a quick lunch or dinner during the week.

Here’s what you’ll need:
Bell Pepper
Hummus
Cheese (we used goat cheese for this one)
Bacon
Turkey Slices

4 simple steps:
Step 1- Cut the bell pepper in half and clean out the inside
Step 2- Add hummus as a base on both sides (some people use cream cheese)
Step 3- Add turkey, cheese, and bacon to both sides
Step 4- Press it back together and cut it in half
