Chili Fish is a Indo-Chinese recipe.My version of Chili Fish is very easy to make and it requires short time to prepare.Here I used Cod fish to make a variation .It goes very well with Fried rice.It can also be served as starters.

Black Pepper powder-1 tsp
Ginger & Garlic paste -1 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Salt.
For coating

Corn flour-2 tbsp
AP Flour-3 tbsp
To make the sauce:

Chopped ginger-1/2 tsp
Chopped garlic-1/2 tsp
Green chili-2
Chopped onion-1 tbsp
Red chili sauce-1 tsp
Hot & Sweet sauce-1 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Tomato ketchup-1 tsp
Cornflour water-3 tbsp
Water -1/2 cup
Cooking oil-5 tbsp
