Ingredients
– Beef bone-in: 500g
– Chicken cube: 1
– Butter: 2 tbsp
– Black pepper: 1 1/2 tsp
– White pepper: 1 tsp
Method
1. Tenderize the beef using the chicken cube.
2. In another pan, cook the beef and its broth (yakhni) until it gets dry.
3. Add butter, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp white pepper. Cook until it gets golden in color.
4. Sprinkle half a tsp of black pepper.
5. Serve with salad and enjoy!
