  3. Is half of the green onion going on the floor an integral part of the recipe? Seriously though, I love these kind of weeknight ultra umami and spicy dishes. Yeung Man cooking had a similar one with peanut butter.

  4. Alright, Josh, you made me do this!! I'm going to start asking for the B-Rolls in all your videos until we get them!! Oh, and great recipe agaion. I'm a big fan of the peanut butter taste, especially when you use it as a dipping sauce for Vietnamese spring rolls. So I'll definitely try out your noodle recipe!

  8. My lazy version is get a package of Udon Noodles
    Boil for 2 min
    Add my Chinese Schzewan Spice mix
    Peanut Butter
    Soy Sauce
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Mix together
    Add a veggie and/or chicken.
    Eat.

  10. I make nearly an EXACT copy of the second noodles he made! It's a recipe I completely made up for days I want pad Thai (ish) but don't want to go anywhere for it. Watching him make MY recipe (obviously not just mine lol) was very trippy but very cool!! Keep up the good stuff man!!

  11. My favorite hack for making oily sauces cling to whatever is a squirt of mustard. I don't know how well it would work for chili noodles, but it does wonders for my steamed veg with butter and seasoning.
