As a Nigerian, living in Nigeria, you guys need to be more in touch with your roots to do this. 😂
First of all, pepper soup can be made with a variety of meat and fish(fresh catfish is the best), you just have to know how to blend the spices!
Secondly, some cultures especialy yhe Igbos add some specific herbs like lemon grass, uziza leaves or scent leaves ( which in my opinion is just the best) some like the yorubas typically dont. Again, just don't overdo it.
Finally, it is typically eaten with yam but can be eaten with white rice (not jollof! That will be too much going on) or alone.
How do you give someone a 5 for a peppa soup but 7 if it was a soup. And you go totally off the mark and make a completely non traditional soup? So you deserve a 0??
