Several years ago I toured the Tabasco sauce factory and they had this experimental sauce. I bought several bottles because it was amazing. I just finished the last bottle and it looks like this product never went to market.
This is a long shot, but does anyone know where I could find more of this, or find a suitable replacement??

Make your own. It’s very easy and cheap. The hardest thing to source will be the red jalapeño. I got some just starting to turn at the grocery store and let them ripen in an open ziplock on my window sill.
