
Hello all! I have a couple of quick questions about a Carolina Reaper I got. These were sitting on a plate at work so I took one but Im curious if this is a hybrid of sorts? I don’t which of my coworkers put them there to ask, but I always thought the reaper was short and chubby, not longer like this one.
My main question is that I see people suggesting not to eat one of you have asthma. I have asthma but I dont plan on eating the entire thing. Id instead like to make several batches of salsa with it. Would this still be ok? I want to taste the heat without killing myself.
Finally, anyone have a good salsa recipe using the reaper? Just curious of any favorites. Thanks!
