Camping in early October, it’s time for Chili my friends! An all around great camping trip.
We really enjoyed a nice campfire as the sun set. The overnight temperatures dropped down to into the 50s So we had a really good night’s sleep in the back of the truck camper.

Oh man, that chili looked so delicious. I have most ingreadients except the chocolate and apple cider vinegar. I need help my chili has not been good for some time now.

That was a nice ride in as always. I look forward to the color change every year. Living close to the Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina gives us a beautiful ride a few week's it starts in the upstate of South Carolina. The dinner was spot on!!! The little square pizza was my favorite back in the day at school. The afternoon fire looked relaxing. That's the best part for me. Thankscor another adventure my friend. See you next week!!!

Hey Dale thanks for taking us along on this week's adventure. Your chili looked like it came out amazing . I think I'm going to try that recipe although I'm going to have to buy so many ingredients for it I might go broke at the store . When you walked back into the woods add coffee time in the morning I thought we were going to hear an altercation back there and you come running out it's a bear ! Great camping adventure again Dale the weather is starting to change still warm here in Alabama but it's supposed to start cooling off finally good camping weather. We have our new to us pop up camper ready to go pretty much just gotta get some bed stuff for the beds. We'll be going back to Guntersville the last weekend this month so it should be real nice weather. I like Cincinatti chili but haven't had it in a long time. Oh and a quick question what year is Ole Red and is it 2 or 4 wheel drive? See you next week.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. I love chili, just not Cinn, chili. To me that stuff is nasty. But then again, I like ketchup on scrambled eggs and mustard on my fries.
I wish it was Bigfoot in the woods….would have added some much needed excitement to the video.
