HEY #HEALTHYHUNNIES!This is a full day of recipes if you are looking to lose weight on a plant-based diet! This diet is a made up of starches, vegetables, fruits, and legumes. It is naturally high in carbohydrates and low in fat. I am showing a breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipe that you can eat and LOSE WEIGHT while being satisfied and HAPPY! PUMPKIN PIE OATS
Mix together…
1/2 cup oatmeal (dry measure – cook it!)
1/2 apple
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
Pumpkin pie spice

MUSHROOM GRAVY POTATO
Cook the following on a non-stick skillet…
1/2 pkg mushrooms diced
1/2 cup tamari
1/2 cup water
2 T Italian seasoning
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Add this mixture to a baked potato

STUFFED KABOCHA SQUASH
Cook 1/2 of a kabocha squash (seeds removed) at 475 for about 40 minutes
In a non-stick skillet, cook…
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 pkg frozen spinach
1/2 can artichoke hearts
Balsamic vinegar
Stuff the skillet mixture in the kabocha squash.
