Today I’m showing you how you can make a fast and easy “Chili Con Carne” (with meat) and a vegan “Chili Sin Carne” (without meat).
Keep in mind its not a traditional recipe but its way easier to make and really close to the real deal, tastewise 😀 And the Chocolate gives it all a nice new twist and flavour!
► Chili Con Carne Recipe
200g ground beef | Rinderhack | mljevena govedina
1 medium onion | Zwiebel | luk
1 chili
1,5 garlic cloves | Knoblauchzehen | češnje bijelog luka
1 can of tomatoes | Dose Tomaten | konserve od rajčice
1 can of black beans | Dose schwarze Bohnen | konserva crnog Fažola
1 cinnamon stick | Zimtstange | štapić cimeta
1 tablespoon tomatopaste | Tomatenmark | pašteta od rajčice
1 teaspoon pepper | Pfeffer | sol i papar
1 teaspoon paprika
0,5 – 1 teaspoons nutmeg | Muskatnuss | muskatni orašćić
1,5 teaspoons ground cumin | Kreuzkümmel | kim
1,5 teaspoons ground coriander | Koriander | korijander
1 bay leaf | Lorbeerblatt | lovorov listi
25g dark chocolate | dunkle Schokolade | tamna čokolada
