I happen to have Banana Peppers this year, and my grandson asked if we can pickle them. I said I know a guy (that's you), and when I typed it in, low and behold! So we made two batches…one for me and one for his girlfriend's father. the Jury is still out, but we are expecting great results. thank you for these vids, and though you posted this a while ago, we appreciate your time and effort.
