RECIPE
1. Take 2 cup of soya chunks. Give it a boil along with 1 tbsp of salt.
2. Squeeze the water and add 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder,black pepper powder,2 tbsp cornflour,1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
3. Mix it well and fry it until crispy.
4. In a oil add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli.
5. Add 1 diced onion and 1 diced capsiucm.
6. Saute for one minute and add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp green chilli sauce along with corn flour slurry.
7. Cook for 2 minutes and add crispy soya chunks.
8. Garnish it with coriander leaves .
