Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients
* 4 Fresno chilies(cut into chunks)
* 2-3 Thai chilies
* 6-8 cloves of garlic
* 1 cup sugar
* 1/3 cup water
* 3/4 cup vinegar
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tbsp fish sauce
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 1 tbsp water

Instructions
1. In a food processor blend the Fresno chilies, Thai chilies, and garlic.
2. Heat together the sugar and water until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Add the vinegar and blended chilies.
4. Season with salt and fish sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Mix together cornstarch and water and pour that into the sauce to thicken.
6. Leave that in the fridge for when you want to use it.

  1. I couldn’t understand what kind of 1/2 tbsp sauce he said? With so much sugar, I don’t think it would be healthy to eat it often.
