Homemade Garlic Chili Sauce Easy Recipe

Garlic Chili Sauce is good for soups, siomai, dipping soy sauce or adding to a food to give a little spicy taste. I hope you will like this simple and easy homemade recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup Thai Red Chili peppers
1 cup cooking oil or olive oil
2 whole garlic’s
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of sesami oil (optional)

Cooking Procedures:

1) Rinse red chili peppers and remove the stems
2) Finely chop the red chili peppers
3) Crush and peel the garlic
4) Chop the garlic finely
5) In a preheated pan, pour 1 cup of cooking oil or olive oil
6) Saute’ garlic until it begins to brown
7) Add the red chili peppers and saute’ for 8 minutes
8) Add salt and sesami oil
9) Cook for an additional 3 minutes
10) Let it cool before transferring to a jar
